You have no eligible Bundle IDs for iOS apps

This is one of those freaking problems which you may encounter on App Store Connect for which there is no explanation and no solution.

When you try to create a new app on app store connect it will show you the following error even though you have already created a new Bundle Id on Apple’s developer account.

You have no eligible Bundle IDs for iOS apps.

The Solution

Unfortunately there is no solution to this problem.

All you can do is to wait for hours or days in worst case and retry.

  1. I’m also facing same problem. I’ve already created a new Bundle Id on Apple’s developer account. When I try to add a new app on App Store Connect it shows You have no eligible Bundle IDs for iOS apps. It’s more than 10 hours since I created a new Bundle ID but still not able to create a new App. How to fix this issue?

    • The problem seems to be with Apple system. I’m assuming that App Store Connect and Apple Developer are two different system. App Store Connect may not be able to see the new Bundle ID which you have just created. There is nothing we can do to fix this issue. There may be a genuine error in Apple system which only Apple can fix, otherwise just wait and hope it works after few days.
