This is email I received from Wise which says that we have to update our trading address for our business. In the UK we normally have a registered office address in a one man Ltd company while we work from home. This is sufficient for all business purposes and that is the address which we mention everywhere including HMRC.
We don’t have to reveal our home address for any reason.
Why are Wise forcing us to give our home address for business account?
WTF!!!
An not only that, if we don’t update that trading address they are also threatening us to suspend our account.

I also received similar email. First I thought it was a spam email but looking closer at the content and from address, it seemed real email. It is funny that they don’t show any such notification on the website when you login.
I’m not sure if we should give them our home address?
We should report Wise to the Financial Ombudsman and get their licence cancelled.
This is one more reason why we shouldn’t rely on such fucked up startup companies, no wonder their shares are tumbling, soon they will take a nosedive and this fucked up company will be gone.

One of the main reasons why we register Ltd company in the UK is not to expose our home address for the business purpose. Why do we have to reveal our home address to Wise? This is ridiculous.
